Room Layout
Sunrise Retreat offers a variety of sleeping options designed to maximize space and accommodate larger groups looking to enjoy time together at the lake.
On the main level, the primary bedroom features a king bed, lake views, and a private ensuite bathroom. This room also includes direct access to the sunroom and hot tub area.
Also on the main level are two queen bedrooms connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Each room includes a closet, dresser, and television, providing comfortable accommodations for additional guests.
On the lower level, there is a bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk bed, offering a great setup for kids or flexible sleeping arrangements.
In addition to the bedrooms, both living areas are equipped with multiple sleeper options to increase overall capacity. The main level living room includes a queen sofa sleeper and two convertible chairs that each fold out into twin beds. The lower level living room, with lake views, features a queen sofa sleeper, a convertible full sleeper, and an additional twin sleeper chair.
Please note that sleeping arrangements in the living areas are open-concept and do not provide the same level of privacy as the bedrooms.
A full bathroom with a single vanity, toilet, and shower is also located on the lower level for added convenience.
This layout makes Sunrise Retreat a great fit for groups who value gathering together and are comfortable utilizing a mix of private bedrooms and shared sleeping spaces.

Getting There:
Ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather. International airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.

Cancellation Standards: Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
