About LittleâŻSebago Lake
Nestled between Gray and Windham in southern Maine, LittleâŻSebago is a spectacular 1,900+ acre lake, about 5œ miles long and over a mile wide, with a maximum depth of 52âŻfeet.
Itâs known for crystal-clear waters, dotted with scenic islands, coves, and rocky humps, plus pristine sandbars and whiteâsand shores along the Lower Narrowsâa perfect paddle-to rest spot or photo backdrop.
The lake also offers excellent fishing yearâround. Anglers can catch smallmouth and largemouth bass, chain pickerel, yellow and white perch, sunfish, and even the occasionally stocked brown or rainbow trout in deeper, cooler waters.
Wildlife enriches the lake settingâfrom loons, bald eagles, blue herons, kingfishers and sandpipers, to turtles basking on rocks and lily pads in bloom. Towering white pines and birch trees accentuate an evergreen backdrop of a timeless Maine lakescape. Parking :
The driveway can fit three cars if mid size , there is additional parking but needs to be requested ahead of time that can fit 2 more cars. Thereâs no parking on the side of the road .
Dock Access & Waterfront Use
Our property offers two separate dock areas for guests to enjoy the waterfront:
Private Guest Dock: This dock is exclusively for your use during your stay, perfect for relaxing, taking in the views, or enjoying the water at your own pace.
Shared Access Dock: There is a second dock on the property that is shared and designated for water access (such as launching a canoe or accessing a boat). This dock is accessed via a narrow 8-foot deeded right-of-way (ROW) between the casita and its neighboring property and is only used by a single household. In the backlot. We encourage our guest to use both docks and make the enjoy lake life to its fullest as they are both owned by the casita .
