Requested a handicap accessible several times. Reservations origianally made, plus several conversations via phone with the staff at the front desk before our arrival. Each time confirmed, there would be an available handicapped room waiting for us. Ended up changing rooms only to settle for one that was wrong, but we were too tired to move again. VERY DISAPPOINTING

The young man that checked me in was very polite. The room was very nice with a comfy leather recliner. My only complaint would be that the room smelled like perfume. Very strong perfume. Like someone dumped a bottle somewhere. I’m guessing that it was from a previous guest ???
