Staff were very friendly, good parking. Room smelt damp and the bathroom fans did. It work. The room ‘air cooling’ (they do not have air conditioning) did not work so to have any air movement the window had to be open which was too noisy due to the M25.

We were at radio 2 in the park in chelmsford ibis thurrock was best value from all hotels in area very comfortable and good value for money will stay again when in area

Air con not working, bathroom sink blocked and the bathroom door didn’t shut. Lovely staff, offered to move us but another family room was not available
