Double rear gated verandah with garden furniture. Balcony with garden furniture and barbecue. Hot tub (private). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: Ponds within close proximity.. Both north Norfolk and Suffolk Heritage coasts deserve a day trip, as well as the quaint market towns of Beccles and Bungay.
