* PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION* Caister-on-Sea, Haven
Modern 3 bed caravan, Bordeaux Exclusive, Haven Silver, 12ft x 38ft
1 double bed room (en suite & TV and two twin singles. Wrap around decking. Outside decking seating area overlooking the Adventureland; 4x4 cars, Astroturf, crazy golf. Gas central heating and double glazing. Tassimo coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave & double oven. Linen is not included, you will need to bring pillow cases, 1 x double quilt and 4 x single quilts. Sheets for each bed please put over the top of mattress protectors.
There is adequate parking for two cars outside.
Large living area with television & DVD and blue tooth ceiling speaker system. WiFi.
1 shower room with toilet.
Please allow washing up to drip dry and use the hand sanitizer provided prior to putting crockery and cutlery away.
For a small fee to Haven for a stay & play pass you can access the site facilities; including live entertainment, swimming pool and various paid for activities such as Bingo and crazy golf.(This is payable to Haven)
The beach and swimming pool are a short walk, the new adventure land and 4x4’s self drive Land rovers for 3-14yrs are less than 10 meters away, multi purpose courts are just opposite the caravan including the aerial assault course for small children and larger children. There is a new outdoor cinema which is about 30 meters from the caravan. To use Haven facilities, like pool and entertainment area, you must purchase a Stay & Play pass, the cost varies according to season, please ask for details. There are various food venues, Burger King, Papa John's (deliver) and a fish and chip shop.
Only party sizes of a maximum of 6, with a maximum of 4 adults, no same sex only groups (stag and hen).

Caister on Sea

Booked literally a day before we arrived.....very quick communication with hosts. Easy check in, caravan was immaculate. 6 of us in the caravan and it still felt really spacious. Perfect location, walking distance to beach and really close to all the activities on the Haven site. Will definitely use again in the future.

No WiFi Fridge not switched on Shower not working properly

Our 3 boys were disappointed when the WiFi didn't work. The fridge had not been switched on. Bathroom window was jammed and couldn't be opened. Entrance door difficult to open and close. Shower was of poor quality....low flow and temperature difficult to adjust.

Caister family stay

The caravan was lovely and homely with everything you needed to make you feel comfortable. The location being near to the main facilities was great, without being too close to be intrusive. Lucy the owner could not have done anymore to make to ensure that our mini break was a great success. Communication with Lucy was superb. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Not a good caravan

When we checked in and went to the caravan after a 5 hour journey to be greeted with no bedding, we had to clean the van before we even unpacked we sent photos to Lucy and Damien which was a total waste of time as they thought it was acceptable, the whole caravan was filled with the owners belongings which we have never experienced in a haven caravan site before, we will not be using this site again as we have asked for compensation following our complaint to Lucy and Damien with no further response from them.

Short family break

The caravan was nice and clean upon arrival and it is located in a great location within the park next door to all the amenities. The owners explained everything before arrival. There is plenty of space in the caravan for a family group and is fully equipped with everything necessary for a self catering holiday, although the restaurant and bar is only 100m away if you are lazy. Would definitely recommend

Absolutely great stay at caister on sea, brill location of caravan, everything you need, entertainment, shop etc, just literally 1 min walk, caravan lovely and clean, owners communication brill, everything you need for a get away, we had a blast, we definitely recommend.

Good size accommodation, great location, ideal for friends and family.

Very reasonably priced accommodation in a great spot on the Havens site. The caravan is on a corner plot opposite the activities and a short stroll to the beach. The option to book a play pass for the activities was available though we didn't bother. The caravan was clean and tidy, with a few signs of wear and tear, nothing that caused any problems. The 10.5 tog duvets and pillows were clean and comfortable. It was very useful having a bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate toilet. The hot water system was excellent and we had no problems having showers each day. There's a concrete parking space behind the caravan so no worries with parking nearby. The check-in process was quick and easy. The owners were easily contactable, friendly and helpful. The site is a good base to explore the area and just 4 miles from Great Yarmouth. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Good property near to all facilities. Sending a map of site in advance with location highlighted would have helped. Also was unsure if linen was provided but overcame this by hiring from reception. Due to being half term and Covid (reduced capacity) all entertainment including pool was fully booked for the week.
