Tremeer is a modern, single-storey detached property, comfortably furnished and ideally located within walking distance of the beach. Designed for relaxed coastal living, the layout is bright and airy with contemporary open-plan living spaces that make it easy to unwind together after a day by the sea.

The property offers two well-proportioned bedrooms. The main bedroom sits at the front of the house with a king-size bed, while the second bedroom overlooks the garden and features twin 3’ single beds that can be linked to form a super king. A modern bathroom completes the accommodation, with a walk-in shower, washbasin and WC.

To the right-hand side of the property is a spacious open-plan living area, combining a comfortable lounge with TV, dining space and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, making longer stays just as easy as short breaks.

Outside, Tremeer boasts a large, fully enclosed garden, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing, with views towards Winterton Lighthouse. Off-road parking for two to three cars is available at the front of the property, and warm and cold outdoor taps are provided to rinse sandy boots and muddy paws after beach walks.

Tremeer welcomes up to four dogs free of charge. Dogs are welcome throughout the property and allowed on furniture when throws are used.

Good property , well maintained, clean , everything you need for a break /holiday.Walking distance of the beach or drive, and a very spacious dog secure garden , with seating to eat or relax at the end of the day .
