Stayed for 3 nights, what a lovely guest house. Recieved a warm welcome upon arrival where we were issued with a parking permit and a run through of all the procedures for breakfast etc. The room was brilliant, we booked a family room which for 2 children was perfect with it's separate room for our teenage son. The room was clean, airy and spacious with a fridge, kettle, ensuite, hairdryer, fan and seating area with table. Breakfast was delicious with a great choice and all freshly cooked. The location is what really makes this a good choice though, it's literally a 2 minute walk to the arcades and 5 mins to the shops, sealife and Pleasure Beach. Paul & Caroline are exceptional hosts, nothing is too much trouble and they are both genuinely lovely, hardworking, friendly people who clearly love what they do. Highly recommended and will definitely return.
