This stone-built house is located on the old Byzantine road from Parikia to Lefkes, just 2 km from the center of Parikia and the port. The property extends over a 10,000 m² plot and consists of two separate units, each with its own private entrance, terrace, and open parking space. These units can be used independently or together, depending on your needs.
The main house, on the northern side, features a kitchen with a dining table, a bathroom with a shower, a master bedroom with three single beds (or one single and one double bed), a fireplace, and a second bedroom with two single beds (or one double bed). The kitchen leads to a courtyard shaded by three mulberry trees, offering a pleasant outdoor space. Next to the trees, there is a marble dining table, ideal for meals on the terrace.
