It comprises four en-suite bedrooms, including one on the ground floor designed with accessibility in mind, as well as a guest WC. Each bedroom features Smart TVs and air conditioning, with elegant furnishings throughout. The open-plan living and dining area is bathed in natural light and flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for both casual meals and formal entertaining.



Outdoors, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, sun loungers, and multiple lounge and dining areas ideal for al fresco living. Additional amenities include a BBQ, satellite and Smart TVs, a sound system, dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi, baby cot and highchair on request, alarm system, safe, parking, and security cameras. Pool heating is available with at least two days’ notice at a cost of €150 per day, with a minimum three-day use.

Please note that this property does not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties. Quiet hours are observed between 23:00 and 07:00. A damage deposit of €1,500 is required on arrival and will be refunded in full in cash at check-out, subject to a property inspection.
