This is a great property with easy access to explore beautiful Crete. We had a very pleasant stay. The pool area is very relaxing and well maintained. The home is well appointed and has all the amenities you might expect. The host was incredibly responsive. We would recommend this home highly. We spent a week there and could have stayed longer.

We spent a month hee. Well equipped and clean house. I would recommend this villa as it has everything you need for a great stay . The pool area and outdoor space is great. My only complaint is that the BBQ looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time so we couldn’t use it. We had an amazing stay and plan to return next year.

Very comfortable villa with the most amazing view!

Our family had the most amazing stay at this villa. House is well maintained and clean. It is much larger than what it seems in the pictures. Pool was also quite big and overlooked the olive tree field. We found that this villa had everything we needed, appliances were good quality. Beds were comfortable, we all slept very well. We liked the choice of natural bed lined. We really cannot fault the villa, apart the fact that steps are quite steep, so you need to make sure your eyes are on it and that children are using it carefully. There is a handrail on the side, so that's ok. We sat outside for hours, absorbing the wonderful views, from a very comfortable chairs, that was a bonus. Location is very peaceful and quiet, so it will suit for people looking a calm relaxation. Location was also good, you definitely need a car, as the local shop wasn't too good, so we traveled to the Panoramos if we needed anything. Owner of the villa had a good communication. We would love to come again and would definitely recommend staying there.

Exceptional Villa

This property was immaculately clean and very well-equipped. The photos do not do it justice. We did not cook much at all due to the abundance of fantastic tavernas nearby, but if we had chosen to, the kitchen had everything one would need. The pool was amazing. We would highly recommend this villa.

Fabulous!!

We absolutely loved this villa! It was stunning. Everything was well thought out. We had extreme temperatures when there but the pool was fantastic and plenty of places to sit in the shade. The villa was very well equipped with comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms. The villa was spotlessly clean. A car is recommended to explore the beautiful area but we didn't want to drive and the local taxis were reasonable and reliable. Only thing that was missing for me was a long mirror so I could see what I looked like rather than relying on my husband saying I looked nice :-) Correspondence with the owner was excellent. We would recommend this villa to anyone wanting a relaxing Crete holiday and an excellent base to explore the island. Thank you so much.

Great property in Crete

Overall, very good apartment, with everything you will likely need. Had a great time. There were a few MINOR issues, which I am certain the owner will / has addressed - but always great communications. Would definitely recommend, and if we ever return to Crete, will likely be our choice accommodation.

Villa Abritel Roumeli, Crete

We stayed during the first two weeks of September, and this is our second visit to the Roumeli area. The villa was absolutely perfect. Everything we needed for a relaxing holiday was included and in fact the kitchen was probably the best equipped of any villa we have stayed in. The area around the pool is perfect for relaxing in or out of the shade and the pool itself just the right size. The area is lovely with an easy walk to the local tavernas and a more or less flat walk of about 25 mins in to panormos with its excellent selection of restaurants. The location is very central on the north coast with easy access to the east and west of the island. Communication with Vrbo and the villa owner, Marc, was very easy, and the details Marc supplied were perfect. It's worth noting that the local winery, Klados does a tasting session, and the wine is excellent and can be bought at very reasonable prices and much better than those on offer at the local supermarkets.

Villa dans son environnement très reposante, confortable et bien équipée. Sa piscine était la bienvenue en ces fortes chaleurs. La proximité d'un magasin d'alimentation nous permettait, si le côté farniente prenait le dessus, de ne pas sortir du village. Bref 15 jours de vacances avec nos amis en toute quiétude

Séjour de rêve! Tout est conforme à l'annonce, le logement est très propre et bien aménagé (seul petit bémol l'absence de lave-vaisselle mais les restaurants aux alentours sont excellents!!!). Les différents espaces extérieurs sont très agréables. Tous les renseignements fournis par l'hôte étaient précis et utiles. Bref tout était réuni pour passer un excellent séjour. Un havre de paix

La maison de Marc est nichée au milieu des oliviers. L’environnement est calme et reposant tout en étant proche des petites stations balnéaires animées de Panormos ou Bali. Rien ne manque, ni à l intérieur, ni à l extérieur de la maison. Nous y avons passé un séjour merveilleux. Le seul point noir : les vacances qui se terminent !

Merveilleuse location, située au calme, vue de la piscine sur des champs d oliviers. Intérieur neuf et bien équipée, décorée avec goût. Piscine bien entrenue. Proche d un village délicieux, Panormos, pour la petite plage et ses excellentes tavernes. Belle plage à 10mn en voiture, Bali. Explications et communication facile avec Marc le propriétaire.

Découverte de la Crête

Nous avons passés un exellent sejour dans la maison de Marc a Roumeli. Le logement est tres bien équipé, et merveilleusement bien entrenu pas les locaux qui gèrent le bien sur place.Ce sont des personnes tres sympathiques et très a l'ecoute des besoins. Nous recommandons fortement cette location tout en conformité avec l'annonce sur internet.

Schöne Villa, top ausgestattet.

Maison Roumeli

La maison de Marc est vraiment très agréable à vivre, Décorée avec goût et originalité, également très confortable et très bien équipée, rien ne manque. Quand à l'extérieur,il est tout aussi bien pensé pour la détente et le repos, Très belle piscine de bonne taille et cette terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur les champs d'oliviers et les montagnes, Sans oublier Charly,la personne qui vous accueille, qui est d'une extrême gentillesse. Bref,si vous cherchez un endroit paisible et en même temps non loin des sites plus touristique,ne cherchez plus,c'est ici....

Superbe maison, aucune mauvaise surprise

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la charmante maison de Marc. Tout était conforme à l’annonce. La maison est moderne, très bien équipée et dans un quartier calme de résidents internationaux où l’entraide est de rigueur. La communication avec le propriétaire est simple et rapide. Le voisin est le point de contact sur place pour toutes questions et entretien de la maison. Nous recommandons la location de ce logement, sans mauvaise surprise et bien placé à 1h de l’aéroport de Heraklion et à 1h de Chania/Xania/La Canée.
