This beautiful 3-floor villa in Elounda accommodates up to 7 guests, offering breathtaking sea views, a private pool, and top-notch amenities, including a fully equipped gym. Please note that the property has multiple levels connected by stairs, making it ideal for those comfortable with stair access.

Ground Floor: The entry level features a spacious and cozy living room with a dining table, a sitting area, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. You will also find a modern, fully equipped kitchen which has everything you need, including a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, milk frother, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. A guest WC is conveniently located on this floor.

First Floor: Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub. The second bedroom also has a double bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with a single bed. There is a second bathroom with a bathtub.

Basement: The basement includes a fully equipped gym, a fourth bedroom with twin beds, and a WC with a shower. You’ll also find a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

The property has several flights of stairs, which connect all three floors.
The villa also features a private pool (not heated) with an integrated Jacuzzi (not heated but does have relaxing bubbles) and a spacious terrace, perfect for enjoying outdoor dinners while soaking in the breathtaking sea views. A barbecue is also available for al fresco dining experiences.

This villa is ideal for those looking for a luxurious and active stay.

❗ The barbecue will be available for you to use during your stay, at an additional cost of €150 per use. This fee covers everything needed for a seamless and pleasant experience, including the presence of a grill master (required for safety reasons) who will handle lighting the coals and supervising the barbecue, as well as the use of the grill and all necessary coals for cooking. Please note that the use of the barbecue is subject to suitable weather conditions, given the villa’s location in a dry area.
