Epsilon Villa, a newly constructed 140m2 residence spanning two floors, offers accommodation for up to 10 guests within its 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Crafted from locally sourced natural elements like stone and wood, the villa harmoniously blends with its environment. Situated in the picturesque village of Asomatos, adjacent to the renowned holiday destination of Plakias, it provides easy access to pristine south coast beaches such as Preveli Palm beach.

Guests can enjoy mesmerizing views of the sea and mountains from every corner of the villa. Step onto the expansive terrace to admire landmarks such as the Preveli Monastery and charming coastal towns like Plakias and Frangokastello. The villa's outdoor spaces invite relaxation, whether dining al fresco on the south-facing terrace or unwinding amidst mountain panoramas on the north-facing terrace. The ground floor balcony offers a peaceful spot to soak in beach and mountain vistas.

Epsilon Villa boasts a private 30m2 swimming pool (1.50m depth), perfect for leisurely afternoons surrounded by lush gardens and olive trees. The pool can be heated upon request with an additional daily charge, ensuring year-round enjoyment.

Epsilon Villa enjoys close proximity to the esteemed Taverna of Despina (1km), celebrated for its homemade fare crafted from locally grown ingredients. While guest privacy remains paramount, there's an option for social engagement and immersion in authentic Cretan culture. Under the same ownership, we uphold unwavering standards of excellence, and our dedicated team stands ready to assist with any inquiries or requests.

Property Layout

First Floor
The main entrance opens up to an open-plan area featuring the living room, kitchen and indoor dining room. The villa is designed to cover the needs of a luxurious stay and offers the necessary equipment, so that you don’t lack anything. The living room features a large corner sofa, a 55’’ Smart 4K TV with many apps such as Netflix and a small table for your needs. Next to the living room you’ll find the a modern fully equipped kitchen which with all necessary appliances for a self catered holiday.
This floor also features a bedroom with a Queen size bed (1,60 x 2,00), ensuite full bathroom with stand-alone shower, air conditioning, open closet, outstanding sea vies and access to the heated pool area. Finally there is a guest WC on this level.

Ground Floor
The ground floor features three bedrooms:
- Master Bedroom with a Queen size bed (1,60 x 2,00), ensuite full bathroom with stand alone shower, Air conditioning, open closet and a shared balcony with sea and mountain view.
- Bedroom with a Queen size bed (1,60 x 2,00), ensuite full bathroom with stand alone shower, Air conditioning, open closet and a shared balcony with sea and mountain view
- Bedroom with two twin size beds (0,90 x 2,00) that may be converted into a King size bed (1,80 x 2,00), Ensuite full bathroom with stand alone shower, Air conditioning, Open Closet and sea view.
Finally there is a washing machine on this level.

Special attention was given to the delight of sleep, by investing in first quality linen of 100% Greek cotton by the company “NEF NEF” and anatomical mattresses of “ISTIKBAL” made of 100% natural materials.

Outdoor area
The outdoor area of the villa is equipped to embrace ultimate relaxation. More specifically the outdoor facilities include:
- Α private 30m2 swimming pool (1,50m depth). The pool can be heated upon request with an additional daily charge (Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice.)
- Pool terrace is equipped with eight sun beds and an outdoor shower
