Excellent accueil même lors d'une arrivée tardive.
Publié le 15 juill. 2018 sur ExpediaHôtel situé à l'entrée de la ville, au début de la rue piétonne et à proximité de la marina. Les chambres sont confortables. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt simple.

Contre : Pas de parking, le soir comme toute le monde vient en ville, les plances sont chères...
Emplacement : Très bien situé, à l'arrivée à Lefkada, en plein centre ville.
Hotel très bien situé, en train d'être renové. Chambre pas très grande mais refaite à neuf, avec beaucoup de goût. Suberbe accueil à l'arrivée de l'hôtel.

Poor and tired

Breakfast was awful, no coffee, stale bread and out of date yoghurt. Sink in bathroom was loose. Beds had super soft mattress toppers, this made the bed way too soft and ending up hurting my back.

Probably one of the worst hotels we stayed at. Check in took ages as multiple guests were there at the time we arrived complaining about the condition of their rooms and missing reservations. The room we were given was apparently "refurbished" but looked nothing like the pictures on the listing. The bathroom was ancient, the triple room is not as spacious as described and it was dirty when we first checked in. The rooms were never cleaned proactively, we had to ask for it at the reception every morning. The toilets in the lobby were unacceptably dirty and staff didn't seem to bother when feedback was given. The location is great as it's right at the heart of Lefkada town however the area outside the hotel is a construction site as they are still rebuilding the square. Parking is not easy! I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone as you can find a better accommodation in the centre at a similar price. Overall, a very poor experience!
