Unicorn Villa is built on a high spot of the village Agia Triada, a perfect location, amidst the sights, sounds & air of a past era. The villa is divided into three floors and covers 200 sq. m. in total, situated in a plot of 2.100 sq. m. and it can accommodate eight guests in its four bedrooms and up to 10 guests if necessary.

The Villa is a perfect holiday destination for couples, families with children or groups of friends and it's a short distance to the nearest shops and just a short drive away from the beach and Rethymno town.

Layout

Ground Floor

Entering the villa on the ground floor, there is an open plan area combining the living room and dining area.

Floor-to-ceiling glass balcony doors offer nature and pool views and ample sunlight. The split-level living room features a large corner sofa, 43’’ Smart TV with a Playstation 4 Pro console, Netflix, bluetooth speaker and a coffee table on one side, while the fireplace, and another two sofas are on the other side. The dining area provides seating for eight guests.

The fully equipped kitchen is situated on the ground level with its branded appliances, equipment, water filter and cookware for a self catered holiday. The kitchen features an island with four electric hobs and a free hanging vent hood along with a kitchen table for six.

From the kitchen there is direct outdoor access to the pool terrace.

Finally, a WC is located on the ground floor for your needs when you are by the pool.

The laundry Room with a washing machine , an iron and dryer can be found on the basement.


First Floor bedroom:

Master :King size bed (1,60 x 2,00), Ensuite bathroom with shower, Air conditioning, open Closet, and terrace with private hot tub and direct view to the pool area and the mountains.

Second Floor:

The Second floor features two bedrooms.

- King size bed (1,60 x 2,00), common bathroom with shower and single sink, Air conditioning, Walk in closet, Desk space, Direct access to double windows with nature views and pool views.

- King size bed (1,80 x 2,20), common bathroom with shower, Air conditioning, Walk in closet.

Outdoor area

The exterior of Villa Unicorn Agia Triada covers 200 m2 and offers:

- A private, 72 sq.m. swimming pool, 1,50m deep also childrens pool 0.50m. The pool may heated upon advance request with an additional daily charge (Advance notice at least three days before arrival).

- The pool area is equipped with sun beds, side tables, a poolside shower,poof and umbrellas.

- Outdoor kitchen with a sink and charcoal BBQ with a dining table for eight.

- Οutdoor dining area for 10 guests by pool shaded under a pergola

- Parking space for 2 cars under olive trees.

- Lawn covered area, fruit and olive trees surround the property

- The whole villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security and full privacy to our guests.



Guests will have access and full privacy to all areas indoors and outdoors!


Outdoor Pool Heating Policy

Temperature Range
Pool heating aims to maintain a maximum of 26 °C, depending on outdoor weather conditions.

Recommended Usage Months
Heating is generally offered during March to mid-June and October to November.

Advance Notice Required
Please provide at least 3 days’ notice prior to arrival to allow the pool to reach optimal temperature.

Heating Fee
Pool heating is available at an additional cost of €50/day.

Minimum Booking Period
Heating must be booked for the entire duration of your stay.

Weather Limitations
Heating does not operate when:

Outdoor temperature exceeds 25 °C

Rainy or unstable weather conditions

Please note that a pool cover is not available, which may affect heat retention.

Climate Crisis Resilience Charge
As of January 1, 2024, a Greek environmental tax applies:

€4/night from April to October

€2/night from November to March

The charge is payable in cash upon arrival.

Year-Round Comfort
The villa is open all year round, equipped with:

Additional Sleeping Arrangements

Please note that the 7th and 8th guests can be accommodated on the sofa beds in the living room area.
