Nous avons choisi une trop petite unité. Pour la prochaine visite, nous y penserons. Parfait pour un séjour court, si vous souhaitez faire le tour de l’île. Endroit où les habitués reviennent.

Hôtel tout neuf. Avec kitchenette que nous n'avons pas utilisez. 2 piscines très jolis.. tout est très confortable. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner.

Séjour de 3 semaines en famille pour se balader un peu partout en Crète. Point idéal car assez central.
Avant toute chose, je tiens à saluer la gentillesse de tout le personnel ! N'hésitez-pas à demander des bons plans à Konstantinos (ou Konstantin, ou Kostas comme vous voulez, le boss), ou Giorgos, le barman ! De même s'il vous faut un ventilateur ou quoi que ce soit, ils vous aideront.
Mary Hôtel est conforme à ce qui est proposé. La chambre spacieuse, la cuisine parfaite et une très jolie salle d'eau.
Le ménage est fait quasiment tous les jours dans la chambre et les draps/serviettes changés au maximum tous les 3 jours.
Vous pouvez disposer de 2 piscines (de 9h00 à 21h00), celle de Mary Hôtel et celle de Mary Royal.
Il est possible de prendre le petit-déjeuner sur place le matin.
La plage est à 150m et la ville de Platanes (à 5 minutes en voiture de Rethymnon) est parfaite quand vous souhaitez vous poser sans trop de monde. Vous y trouverez tout.
Nous avons passé 3 merveilleuses semaines en grande partie grâce aux conseils qui nous ont été donnés et à cet hôtel à taille humaine.

Highly recommend this lovely family run hotel in a quiet location outside rethymno. Beach is down the road. The entire staff/family was warm, welcoming and professional. All our needs were addressed with joy and compassion. The hosts offered detailed advice about all the great places to visit. My husband had a health issue and we were pointed to the best clinic. As well, due to the issue, extra care was taken in our room. Truly a gem of a small hotel!

Nahe am Strand und Supermarkt. Personal ist freundlich. In der Umgebung hat es Hunde, Hühner und Schafe.

A hidden gem!
Publié le 20 juin 2022 sur HotelsWe’ve just arrived home from staying a week at Mary Royal and I just had to leave a review! The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean and our basement studio in the new building was gorgeous. Our studio had everything we needed and suited us well as I struggle with walking distances and the hotel was very easy to use my manual wheelchair from the entrance to our studio (just a couple of steps down to the basement studio). What also makes it is the people who work here, they’re incredibly friendly and they really do make you feel so welcomed. I’m sad to be home as we really enjoyed our stay in Crete with Mary Royal but won’t hesitate recommending this hotel to everyone, it really is a little hidden gem - I hope we will be back one day too! Thank you Konstantinos and your wonderful team (I’ll also miss ‘Mary’ the stray kitten who started visiting the hotel - I wish I could’ve taken her home!).
A couple of our favourites places we discovered for future guests: The little village called Margarites, it’s incredibly cute and we spent so long choosing which pottery to bring home! There’s also Taverna Mántalos, where we had the best lunch - you must go! Added bonus is the beautiful view.
For beaches where the sea is more calm to be able to swim in we loved Kalivaki beach (the one in the West of Georgioupolis) and Kalyves beach (by CostaAnita cafe - they bring lunch/drinks to you on the beach - perfect!).
