Villa Myre 3 is thoughtfully divided into three fully equipped apartments, each offering its own unique blend of comfort and privacy, perfect for large families or groups travelling together. You’ll have exclusive use of the entire villa, which includes the three apartments, a private pool, a separate shared kitchen & dining space, and plenty of room to relax, work, or play.

The first apartment is the largest of the three, featuring two spacious ensuite bedrooms with king-size beds and air conditioning. A cosy living room with a built-in fireplace and comfortable seating creates a welcoming atmosphere for unwinding. Surrounded by rolling hills and olive groves, this quiet hillside village provides the perfect escape from crowds while still being close to key attractions. The villa is just 25 km from Rethymno, where you can explore the charming Old Town, Venetian harbour, and vibrant dining scene. The beautiful, family-friendly Episkopi Beach is only 12 km away, ideal for sunbathing and swimming. Daily essentials like supermarkets and bakeries are just minutes away from the villa, while local tavernas offer delicious home-style Cretan food within a short drive. With easy access to both the north and south coasts of Crete, Villa Myre 3 is the perfect base for exploring the best of western Crete.

A car is necessary for your transportation. We can also organize a transfer in order to come to the villa and the day after, rental cars can be delivered at the property

This is a house and not a hotel, so please treat the property with respect as if it was your own :)
1. You can arrive at your accommodation after 15:00 on the Arrival Date of your holiday, and you must leave by 11:00 on the Departure Date. But in any case, if you wish to arrive earlier or depart later than the mentioned hours, feel free to contact us, and we will fulfil your request if the villa is available with no extra cost. If your arrival will be delayed, you must contact us so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you fail to do so, you may not be able to gain access to the property. If you fail to arrive by midday on the day after the arrival date and you have not contacted us, we may treat the booking as having been cancelled by you.

2. People other than those in the guest party set forth above may not enter the property or stay overnight in the property. Any kind of party for more than the people staying in the property must be informed prior to booking the villa, which in some cases might not be accepted and if accepted, an extra charge might apply. In case you do so, we can refuse to hand over the property to you or can require you to leave. We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancelation of the booking by you and we shall be under no obligation to refund you for any fees already paid to us
in those circumstances. Any refund will be at our sole discretion

3. Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. If, however, you have any cause for complaint, it is important that action is taken as soon as possible. It is essential that you contact us if any problem arises so that it can be speedily resolved. It is often extremely difficult (and sometimes impossible) for us to resolve difficulties properly unless we are promptly notified. In particular, complaints of a transient nature (e.g., electric power issues, warm water being out, etc.) cannot possibly be investigated unless you let us know as soon as possible whilst you are in residence.
Also, after staying in the property for 48 hours and we have not received any message or email from you about any broken facilities/amenities in the property, we will hold the guest responsible for any damages caused and must be paid or replaced by the guest on the spot.

4. Smoking is Not allowed in the properties so we request all of our guests not to smoke in the properties, but to smoke outside in the exterior areas, such as by swimming pools, balconies, verandas, patios or terraces.

5. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Cleaning and linen change are done every 3/4 days.
In case you wish for the villa to be cleaned more often, it’s possible for an extra charge.

6. Bathtub: No children under the age of 5 are permitted in bathtubs at any time without adult supervision.

7. Pool: The pool is not covered, built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organisation EOT. Parents have full responsibility for supervision of their minor children. No children under the age of 12 are permitted in the pool at any time without adult supervision. When using the pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk.

8. Tenants agree to respect the property. In case of any damage that will be made, the tenants will have to pay the cost on the spot and before leaving the villa.

9. The owner agrees to provide a clean home, cleaned just before the arrival of tenants.
Cleaning is done by us, changing towels and bed linen is included in the price.

10. The lead guest (the oldest member of the group) must be at least 21 years old.

11. Please respect the quiet hours from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM and from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
