The staff at the bars and restaurants were lovely, the staff at the main desk were quite blunt but not as far as rude. The rooms were nice however beds were uncomfortable and our room in particular was blessed with loud music until early hours of the morning and traffic noise non stop.

The food buffet was decent but lacking some Greek authenticity

Dear sir,
We appreciate your comments concerning the lack of Greek authenticity in the wide variation of our food buffet.
The average number of Greek plates which are cooked with authentic old Greek recipies, is five to six on daily basis.
The menu rotation is set on fortnight time planning.
However your useful note,makes us to find better ways to bold and enlighten the Greek food display, amongst the International food delicacies.
To name a typical day's greek food on the buffet meals(Lunch and/or Dinner):
-Village style spinach pie
-Lamp in theoven with handmade original pasta(chilopittes)
-Greek kebab
-Vegetables in the oven with Cretan olive oil(briam)
-Mousaka
-Spinach with Cabbage
-Calf liver Savoro
-Aubergines Imam

nice hotel, close to town with easy access to a small beach. The rooms are clean but could do with updating. The complex is based on the style of a Cretan village, which is nice.
