The Mezzanine is a bright and modern split-level apartment in Corfu Town, offering a stylish retreat within walking distance of the city’s main attractions. Inside, the apartment features an upper mezzanine bedroom with a comfortable double bed, while the living area below includes a sofa bed suitable for two additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen offers an oven, fridge, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, and a filter coffee machine, making it easy to prepare meals at home. The bathroom includes a shower and toiletries, and the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, a TV, and Wi-Fi up to 24 Mbps. Hot water is supplied through an electric boiler that guests activate via the switch in the electrical panel, typically needing about 15–20 minutes to heat before turning it off for safety. Entrance to the property involves only three steps, ensuring easy access, and a baby cot or highchair is available upon request. Self check-in is handled conveniently through a keybox.

The apartment is located in Corfu Town, placing guests within easy reach of cafés, restaurants, bakeries, local shops, and the town’s historic sites. The Old Town’s narrow alleys, the Liston promenade, the Spianada Square, and the Old Fortress are all a pleasant walk away, providing plenty to explore throughout the day. Free street parking is available along the regular access roads around the property, making arrivals and local travel straightforward.

House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in begins at 15:00, and guests will be notified if early check-in becomes possible; check-out is at 10:00. Quiet hours in the neighborhood are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bin. The apartment uses a keybox for flexible self check-in, and child equipment is available on request to ensure a comfortable stay for families and small groups.
