The House is located on the top of a low hill enjoying magificent panoramic view of both the Aegean Sea and the capital(Chora) of the island.Situated in a quite rural area ,it is though only 1,2 kms from the port and 0,7 kms from Gialiskari beach, offering a unique holiday experience.Ideal for families with children or group of friends,as it can host up to 6-8 persons.

The property is situated at the top of a hill near the sea,overlooking at front the Gialiskari bay and the Aegean sea and at the back Ioulida, the picturesque capital of the island, and the peaceful hills.Ideally located in an unspoiled rural area, the house is very quiet but at the same time is only few minutes drive from the port of Korissia, the beautiful beach of Gialiskari and the Vourkari marina with bars ,taverns and atmospheric night life.

The house is built mainly with local stone,respecting the traditional architectural style, simple and modern at the same time.It has large verandas below the shade of pergolas,where summer life takes place, and an external barbeque with dining table and sitting area .Its spacious outdoor areas enjoy amazing view and magnificent sunsets, providing privacy and relaxation.

It is developed in three levels and is suitable for up to eight persons.Its interior decoration is in white and earthy colors, with wooden and stone architectural details, furnished in a classic and modern mix,offering guests a calming and stylish living experience.The ground level consists of a large living room with fire place,a dining area and a fully equiped open- plan kitchen .Top level has a master bedroom with bathroom and a large terrace with breathtaking panoramic view. The third level features a bedroom with queen size bed and private veranda, a bedroom with two single beds and a spacious bathroom.

There is also an additional en suite studio(guest room) with separate entrance at the back side of the house, with two single beds,which can become a king size bed, a bathroom and its own private veranda enjoying full view of Chora (given upon request).
