Set in Kaligata village in the beautiful Livathos region of Cephalonia, just a 10 minute drive from the airport. The villa is situated in a very peaceful location amongst pretty villages in the countryside with great views to the Ionian Sea, Zakynthos and the small Islet of Dias. 'Joanna' boasts 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 kingsize and 1 twin all with ensuite bathrooms. The villa is furnished to a high standard. The open plan living area with flat screen TV, DVD, WIFI, offers comfortable relaxing and dining areas, alongside a fully fitted kitchen. This looks out towards the sea and onto a large patio area with pergola and comfortable seating, plus a swimming pool with sunbathing area, sunbeds, a landscaped garden and barbeque. There are some olive trees for natural shade as well as an umbrella. The villa is fully air-conditioned. 'Joanna' is an ideal location for families, couples and friends.

A beautiful Villa in an amazing location.
We have just returned after a fabulous 2 weeks at Villa Joanna. The Villa was well equipped and superbly maintained throughout - I have never known so much storage in a holiday home! Located in a quiet, away from it all village, although the rest of the island was easily accessible by car. The nearby beach of Avithos become one of our favourites, as did it’s Beach Bar and Taverna’s. As well as so many breathtaking beaches, the island also has many other excellent attractions to offer, seeing Loggerhead turtles swimming in Argostoli was a real highlight.
Kimon was easily contacted during the booking process and responded promptly to any queries we had. Sassa looked after us well whilst on holiday and was always keen to help with any ‘touristy questions’ we had, nothing was ever too much trouble.
I would fully recommend the Island of Kefalonia and this superb Villa.
