Layout

On the ground floor there is a large dining room, living room, and on a
split level area there is a kitchen, WC, a double bedroom and a twin
bedroom.
On the first floor is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a
twin bedroom, along with a large family bathroom. A door leads out to a
private terrace with the mosaic tiled second pool and sea views.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free
Wi-Fi. There are sea views from the living room.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There
is also a barbecue outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
