Seems to be in a transition period with a LOT of half finished projects. Why would you put vinyl plank flooring in a hotel room and not adjust the door threshold? There was a good 1/2 inch gap, lots of noise and light came in and I am sure went out. Did not feel clean at all with all unfinished projects/fixes. Breakfast was a joke, no coffee until an hour into service, minimal items out…no syrup for waffles (the main staple of said breakfast) and no one to be found to ask. Just disappointing over all, pick somewhere else.

It was in a good location and the parking lot was decent, but couldn’t use the stairs cause they’re doing construction and it was kind of dusty and the staff didn’t keep up on the breakfast buffet in the mornings

Was incredibly disappointed by the staff’s unprofessionalism and utter disregard for my accommodations. Had they stated that they had construction going on, I would have cancelled my reservation and stood at a different property.

The room was decent....could have been cleaner. Our toilet ran all night long. The water was either scalding hot or cold, you could not get an in between temperature. I had to ask for coffee to be stocked in the room everyday. They charge a fee to your card with no notice on the websites. The front desk staff were not friendly at all. The chain text me and asked how things were I responded and no further texts from them and no offer to fix the issues or move is rooms.

The pictures on the website are deceiving. Looked ok from the outside. Was really dirty and in disrepair. Staff was super unprofessional. The lady checking us in just kept yawning. I think we woke her up!? Elevator seemed like an afterthought. Was really tough to get in and out with the luggage trolly. The sheets had weird black stains on them and one of our towels looked like it had been eaten through with acid. Hard pass next time I go to Greeley.
