No breakfast, towels were clean but dingy like they weren’t bleached. Front office was cluttered with boxes of food , coffee makers etc. room had broken mouldings , drape was ripped , faucet was coming out of the wall and had been caulked with what seemed like an entire tube .

There was a dog barking all night. It seemed that the person was probably living there. I heard it growl at someone leaving in the morning. It was ok for one night, but not for an extended stay.

The room was dirty, although bed and bedding was ok. Bathroom was in disrepair.Hall way stunk like smoke, carpets dirty and old. A party in the parking lot at 12-1:30 am with loud music, shouting and dancing kept us up. Air condition was loud and went on and off every 20 minutes. Good location for shopping and restaurants.

My reservation was cancelled an hour before arriving to the property due to the room no longer being available. I made the reservation a week prior to my arrival, so not sure why the property overbooked themselves. They tried to remedy the situation by offering us two rooms at different ends of the property. We were willing to try and make it work until we saw the state of the rooms. Mold present on the bathroom ceiling, drywall had multiple, noticeable spots of damage. The shower leaked, and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly and needed multiple flushes for anything to vacate. Needless to say, we did not stay and found other accommodations.

Staff was polite. Room was ok, but refrigerator door was not secured on the hinges. If the breakfast had been ready, it would have only been waffle machine and cofffee, which was suppose to start at 6:30 am. However, we came to lobby at 6:30 and no waffle batter was there yet, so we had to leave with only a cup of coffee.

Not worth it

I stayed 2 nights, then down in Pueblo for 1 night, then back to this hotel for 1 more night. I had reserved a room with 1 bed, but got a room with 2 beds on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and a floor lamp for light in the bathroom. They did save a room on the 1st floor for my return trip, with working lights. The hotel is filthy, inside and outside around the grounds. Breakfast is a coffee machine and a waffle maker.

The room was fine and clean. We received clean towels and bath amenities and trash removal daily. There was no hair dryer and none available from the front desk. There was good dog exercise spaces and clean-up bags were available. The front desk area looked as though they were either moving in or moving out. The free breakfast consisted of one waffle iron and a disfunctional syrup dispenser. No fruit, cereal or juice. Not sure if the coffee dispenser worked or not. The parking lot was somewhat trashy. The motel was convenient to resturants and Island Grove Regional Park.
