This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath ranch-style home offers the perfect setup for families or groups looking to relax and enjoy all that Green Bay has to offer. Located in a quiet, exclusive neighborhood, you’ll be just an 8-minute walk to Lambeau Field, the Titletown District, and a variety of local bars and restaurants.
Inside, you`ll find a fully stocked kitchen featuring newer appliances including an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, crock pot, air fryer, and more—everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals at home. The kitchen dining area includes a high-top table with 4 chairs, perfect for gathering over breakfast or late-night snacks.
The main living room offers a relaxing space with a Queen-size sofa sleeper, a reclining chair, and a 65` Google Smart TV ready for all your favorite streaming apps. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is included throughout the home. A second family room off the kitchen gives your group even more space to spread out and enjoy, featuring a large couch, two armchairs, and another 65` Google Smart TV—ideal for game day or movie night.
Downstairs, enjoy the spacious basement rec room complete with two couches, two large TVs, a bar area, board games, a microwave, and a second refrigerator. The lower-level bathroom includes a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience.
For fun and games, the garage has been converted into a dedicated game room with a ping-pong table and yard games. Please note that the garage is not available for vehicle parking.

Dog-Friendly! We welcome one well-behaved dog (up to 65 lbs) with a $125 non-refundable pet fee. Please bring all needed dog items and crate your pup when unattended. Our yard is not fenced, so outdoor supervision is required. Pet waste must be picked up by the guest. Any damage beyond the pet fee may result in an additional charge.
Important Note: This home is intended for peaceful family vacations or small group getaways—no parties allowed. You must be 25+ to rent. Please be respectful of our home, neighbors, and community guidelines.
The entire house and yard is for your enjoyment. We ask you please respect the neighbors, and stay off their property. We have a keypad to provide access to the guest. A full list of access instructions will be sent to you 24 hrs before check-in via email. Professionally managed by 1919 Properties, local assistance is available if required. There is a smart doorbell next to the front door that serves as a security camera to monitor the front door and driveway.
If you are staying at the property on garbage day, the host will be stopping by to take trash bins from outside the garage and pull them out to the road. This will not interfere with your stay. Similar during summer months you may see someone from our lawn care service coming to cut the grass. This will be a brief visit, and they will not be entering the home while you are staying. USE OF PREMISES. It is understood and agreed by the Parties, that the Tenant shall use the demised premises for the purpose of vacationing only. Landlord does not rent to vacationing students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25), unless they are supervised at all times by an adult or guardian or parent. By renting this property, the Tenant agrees there will be no vacationing students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25) in the premises, unless they are so supervised. Violation of such paragraph, would terminate the tenancy at the time of knowledge, forfeiting any and all security deposit and still require the Tenant to pay for the full term of the occupancy, without recourse.
FIREWORKS: It is hereby understood and agreed by all parties that no fireworks may be set off at any time, in the premises or on the grounds. Violation of this provision will be subject to a $500 fine per occurrence plus the Tenant will be responsible for any and all damages to the property and to the property of any neighbors. Again, there are absolutely NO fireworks allowed to be discharged on premises.
ITEMS PROVIDED. Landlord shall provide all bedding, full kitchen accessories, kitchen, hand and dishwasher soap, fire pit, and propane for the barbecue grill.
ITEMS NOT PROVIDED. The Guest shall be responsible for providing the following, but not limited, items: beach towels, bathroom soap and hair shampoo, laundry detergent and fabric softener (needed only if you plan to wash clothes at the premises), firewood (if you want to have a bonfire and something to light the fire with), yard toys (like volleyball, frisbees, soccer ball, softball and bat, football to play catch with), DVD`s for a rainy day, and board games. It is also understood that there is not a landline telephone at the premises.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. It is hereby agreed and understood by all parties, that the maximum number of guests on-site is limited to the maximum occupancy listed in the description above. In the event, a Tenant is determined that more than the max occupancy of guests are on-site, other than visiting, this may be grounds for immediate eviction and all advance payments will be forfeited.
CAMPERS OR TENTS: No campers or tents are allowed on-premises.
CHECK OUT TIME: is 10:00 AM. If no prior arrangements have been made for a late checkout, you may be charged up to $150 per hour to cover the extra time housekeeping must wait.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS. It is understood and agreed by the parties, that any reservation obtained under false pretenses will be grounds for immediate eviction and all advance payments will be forfeited.
INDEMNIFICATION. It is hereby understood and agreed that 1919 Properties, LLC, Property Owners and its employees, agents, or principals and assigns, shall not be liable for any and all damage or injury to or of the Tenant, Tenant`s family, guests, invitees, agents or employees or other persons entering the premises and Tenant hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold 1919 Properties LLC and Property Owners harmless for any and all claims or assertions of any kind or nature as a result of injuries which may occur on the premises. This indemnification includes, but is not limited to, any damage or injury which may be incurred by Tenant, Tenant`s family, guests, invitees, agents or employees or to any other person for damages or injuries which may arise from any contact, act, inaction, interaction from any and all animals, domestic or wild, which such damage or injury occurs on the premises.
EMERGENCY ACCESS. It is understood and agreed that the Landlord shall have access to the premises at all times for emergency purposes. If it is a non-emergency, Landlord shall be required to provide Tenant with a twenty-four (24) hour notice, which may be verbal and/or written. Tenant agrees to not unreasonably withhold access to the premises.
IMPORTANT: You can rest easy knowing your space is covered with $3,000 In `All-Risk` Damage Protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection. With `all-risk` protection, all accidental damage from guests is covered unless it`s specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. Pet damages will be invoiced to the guest if damages is above our pet fee of 125$. Guest is fully responsible for their pet while staying with us.
