Victoria's Island House -

Victoria’s Island House is a popular rental with a lot of great reviews! It is located just a short 3 minute walk away from two of the most beautiful beaches in the Bahamas. On one side of the house is the Atlantic Ocean and on the other side is Coco Bay. Each beach has its own special characteristics.

The Atlantic Beach stretches for miles in each direction and there are no crowds. The Atlantic Beach also has coral reefs just off shore for snorkeling and lobster hunting in season. Coco Bay Beach offers a palm tree lined beach that is usually calm and out of the wind.

There is a public dock right around the corner from the Green Turtle Club and Brendal’s Dive Shop which is less then 3 minutes away by golf cart and about 10 minutes away if walking. You can keep your rental boat there. Munjack Cay is only five miles to the North, Treasure Cay Beach is only eight miles Southwest if island hopping is a part of your plans. Just South of Green Turtle is No Name cay it has a new bar with pool and the beach has a number of pigs that love to be feed. Brendal and several others provide trips to No Name Cay during the week.

Our property manager will meet you at your arrival (by ferry) and take you to our home for a showing of the property. She also will assist you in renting a boat or golf cart, arranging for scuba diving excursions, fishing trips, etc. (Please try to set these before your arrival as space is limited)

Victoria’s Island House is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house that can sleep up to six people comfortably. The house’s interior has high vaulted ceilings with its walls, ceilings & beams finished all in cypress lumber. The newly remodeled kitchen has all wood cabinets and granite counter tops.

There are three bedrooms with queen beds.

Victoria’s Beach House offers many amenities including central air; ceiling fans; a 65" Smart TV in the living room; and internet and WIFI service for your laptop. The kitchen offers a dishwasher; electric stove; coffee maker; toaster; and other features.

There is a deck that runs along the entire house and it has a porch area out back with a large stainless steel grill and table and chairs for outside dining. This house boasts ocean views from three sides!

Green Turtle Cay is a small island located just east of the mainland of Abaco in The Bahamas. The quaint community of New Plymouth is found here on this tiny cay. Here one can find a hundred things to do, or nothing at all.

Many consider Green Turtle Cay to be a little slice of heaven. It is populated by about 500 friendly, year-round residents who welcome visitors with open arms. The Caribbean atmosphere is punctuated by sandy beaches, sunny skies and clear blue seas. A virtual tropical paradise!!!

**Treasure Cay (TCB) airport is the closest Marsh Harbor (MHH) is a 35 minute taxi ride from the ferry landing**

We had a wonderful stay at this property and would definitely go back. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of four. Christmas vacation

The house was great, we had everything we needed. It is in a nice quiet location, close to multiple beaches and about a 15 minutes golf cart ride into town. The caretakers Ken and Marg are so welcoming and hospitable! They were available and responsive throughout our stay. Would stay here again.

Another Great Stay!

This is our third year staying at this lovely cottage. Every year we have arrived to find upgrades to the property. The new kitchen appliances were very nice. And the new patio furniture is a great addition! As always, Ken and Margaret were very helpful. We are already planning to return next year… We truly feel this is the best accommodation for us… quick easy walk to both Coco Bay beach and ocean beach, comfortable living space and fully equipped kitchen, and reasonably priced. Thank you for another great vacation stay!
