4th Floor Condo 1/4 mile from Moses Cone Hospital
This is a one bedroom, one bath condo walkable to Moses Cone Hospital. This 100 year old condo complex has covenants that prohibit less than a 30 day rental. This unit is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator so if stairs are not acceptable, this is not the unit for you. It was completely remodeled in January, 2023. There is free parking behind the building. This building does not have Central HVAC. It has old school steamers run by the HOA for the Winter and very effective window units.
The HOA maintains coin operated washers and dryers in the basement of the building. Wifi included.
