Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located townhome.

Our home has 3 private bedrooms (2 King beds, 1 Queen) as well as a loft that includes a Queen Sleeper Sofa. One king room located on the main floor. We are located in a quiet but centrally located neighborhood, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment.

This home has been recently updated with new flooring and furnishings. The natural light will be an instant mood booster.

Please DO NOT park on the street, our HOA has very strict rules against this. We have a garage and a designated parking spot in our shared driveway. Please be respectful of our neighbors and make sure you are on our side of the driveway only. Guest parking requires a parking pass, because of this we have a 2 CAR MAXIMUM. If you choose to park in a guest spot, you are doing so at your own risk and may be towed by the HOA, carpooling is highly encouraged.

*Please note* Although we have a relaxed cancellation policy, we still incur the 4% cc fee. Your refund will be in full, minus the 4% cc fee.
No parties or additional guests allowed! We are located in a small quiet neighborhood, please respect our neighbors while staying at our home. NO PARKING ON THE STREET per our HOA. There is a garage that will fit a small to mid sized vehicle and room for one car in the driveway. We do share a driveway with our neighbor, please be respectful of their side of the driveway. Comfortable, clean, and convenient stay for my family of five’s visit to HPU. The townhouse is spacious and inviting and the neighborhood is very family-friendly, safe, and quiet.The unit was well-stocked with useful amenities, and the central location made it easy to get to and from campus and run errands. There are also plenty of nearby dining options. The manager responded very quickly when we requested extra bedding and arrived within minutes. I would definitely recommend this place and would book again.

This place had amazing, comfy big beds! The furniture was really great & TVs in every room with plenty of TP & towels. The place was incredibly clean and not a bug in sight. Neighborhood was quiet and cute. The host would respond super quick to anything we needed & we plan to stay here again next year when we are back for our business convention to help people create a business on-line. It was close to many things you may needs like stores, restaurants, etc. WE LOVED OUR STAY! Thank you!
