We had a good stay overall and especially appreciated the convenient location to downtown Greensboro for shopping, restaurants and being close to family. The bed was very comfortable, which made our visit even more enjoyable.There were a few minor maintenance and housekeeping items that we shared privately with the host, and we’re confident they’ll be addressed for future guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the host’s responsiveness.

The apartment was lovely and clean. Cute Boho mid-century modern vibe. Everything I needed. Excellent response from the host. Beautiful neighborhood. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who’s staying in the area.

Very Cozy Indeed

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Guest House Apartment. It was exactly as it was depicted online. The layout, design, and furnishings were very nice and quite contemporary. Our host Maddie was very welcoming which helped to make our stay more than a pleasant one. We would not hesitate to stay again. In fact, we will be visiting Greensboro more in the future and the cozy apartment is at the top of our list for places to stay when we return!Thanks for the hospitality and attentiveness.

Perfect for the older members of our party

We were in town for college graduation with extended family. The guest house was perfect for the older parents who wanted to retire earlier and not stay up all night talking with the rest of us. It was super clean and right behind the main house so they didn’t feel left out. How do I recommend.

Fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Guest House! The apartment is just absolutely adorable…insanely comfortable bed, bright, colorful decor, and pretty much everything you need is provided! The host was super…very quick to respond to any questions, checked in to see if we needed anything, extremely accommodating. She was so friendly and just made the process so easy. Highly recommend…I’m already booking it for my next work trip!

It was very nice overall; I personally didn’t care for the curtains - I wish they’d had ones that weren’t sheer it would’ve made me feel more comfortable with privacy - but overall it was a very lovely stay ! My baby girl LOVED the loft area . The art and decor was beautiful. The location was perfect for the event I attended at the coliseum; we didn’t get to visit the park in the neighborhood but if I ever stay again we will be sure to make time for that because it was so cute !!

Beautiful place

Honestly it was an overall beautiful experience. The house was beautiful. According to my daughter “we can live there forever”. The host was effective in reaching out if I had any problems and it’s legit by all the stores off battleground and friendly Ave so very convenient.
