dock, kayaks, and a firepit. Perfectly located near The Ritz-Carlton, top golf courses, and local dining,
it's the ultimate lakeside getaway.

We respect our guests' privacy but are available to ensure you have a wonderful stay. We are available
to assist you from 9 AM to 6 PM EST daily. We make every effort to monitor messages after hours for
any urgent needs. In case of a true emergency, please contact the appropriate local emergency services
first.

Reynolds Landing amenities include walking and biking trails. Guests are invited to rent pontoons, ski boats, jet skis, kayaks, canoes and fishing boats from nearby Oconee Wild or Young Harris Watersports.

Anchor Retreat is located a mile from the “Ritz Gate” of Reynolds Lake Oconee and very convenient to The Ritz Carlton Lodge and its award-winning Ritz Carlton Lodge/Reynolds Lake Oconee (which was named one of the Top 5 Spas in the United States by Conde Naste Traveler Magazine). Nearby eateries include the fantastic Copperwood Pizza, Georgia Butts BBQ, Cafe 44, Mellow Mushroom Pizza; Filet Steak and Seafood, and lots of great new eateries popping up in Greensboro.

• Exterior Security Cameras: For your safety and security, exterior cameras are installed on the prop
erty. These are located at the front door and overlooking the driveway. There are no cameras inside
the home or in any private outdoor areas.
• Pests & Wildlife: This is Georgia! While the property is regularly treated for pests, please understand
that you are in a natural environment. It is not common, but you may occasionally see insects or other
local wildlife. Please keep doors closed to minimize their entry.
