Dog & Wheelchair Accommodation

Front desk was super friendly and they accommodated for dog and additional wheelchair accessible room for family member. Our room was directly across from mini dog park, which was perfect for late night/early morning visits.

We booked this hotel based on its price and because it was dog- friendly. However, it was very old, and a little noisy. It is not well lit outside so I did not feel safe walking my dog at night. It is undergoing renovations so I’m assuming that will help. But as it is, I would not stay here again.

It was not in great condition and our door lock was broke when we got in late. Hotel should disclose when they rent rooms by the week- makes for a different clientele!

The pool wasnt open. (Not on the website). The fitness room was closed for renovation. (Not on the website). Had to change rooms because there was no hot water and the TV didnt work. The second room was almost just as bad. Apon entering the lobby there was a small sign saying the place was under renovations. (Also NOT ON THE WEBSIITE!!!). If things dont work it should be posted so we know before we get there!

This property stated it was under renovations but promised to be clean. My plan was to be there for a couple hours to freshen up and take a quick nap before heading to airport. Room looked clean at first until I killed two cockroaches. Then i noticed hair on bathroom floor and the shower curtain was disgusting. There was barly any toilet paper on the roll and no extra roll. In the corner on the floor by the sink was a bottle of complementry lotion and what looked like the do not disturb sign which tells me house keeping didnt clean. We ened up only staying an hour. I dint want to put my bags on the floor and could relax to take a nap not knowing what might be in the bed. On the plus side the refrigerator and ac worked well

Bad experience. Filthy, dirty and unsanitary conditions. Did NOT stay and left immediately after check-in. Requested immediate refund, but was declined to take up with hotels.com. Lost $ 438.00. Hotels.com should reimburse, but they are also a waste of time, endless holding on the phone, or inefficient chat. And I am a platinum member...
