Only 12 minutes to downtown Greenville, 8 minutes to downtown Travelers Rest, and less than 5 minutes to Furman University. You’ll feel tucked away on the mountain, while still being minutes from everything this area has to offer. Less than 1-mile from the Swamp Rabbit Trail and next door to Paris Mountain State Park for those who love to hike and bike! 5 minutes from the historic Peddler Steakhouse and hundreds of other wonderful restaurants! With a fire pit, a porch swing bed, furnished screened in porch, and an outdoor grill, guests can relax and unwind in this amazing retreat. We look forward to welcoming you to our place!

We love this home. Clean, comfortable, everything we could need. The location was perfect. Close to shopping, but quiet neighborhood. We look forward to staying here again.
