Ants in our room, floor was wet under the AC vent as you walk in the room, a baseball team of boys made the pool experience awful - staff had a hard time getting them under control.

Upon arrival & going into the room the toilet handle was broken and maintenance had to repair. The mattress was expired and way past needing replaced. The next morning the shower would hardly drain and was filling up like a bathtub. We left at about 0830 & returned around 3:00pm & our room had not been serviced with clean linen. The bar in the lobby was absolutely much too expensive, $30 for a shot. This was not what I expected from a Crown Plaza & not what I have experienced before. The front desk employees were fantastic along with the staff at the breakfast.

There was key made for our room and they were coming in. Thank goodness we were there and had the lock on so that stop them. Staff said it in a packet for a customer but they never checked to see if the room was occupied.
