Homeless in parking lot.. dirty room… staff didn’t know how to fin my reservation… staff was asleep at 10:30pm …

Do not stay here till they clean up their act

This hotel is the opposite of quality. My room was dirty. I found human hair, a dead cricket, a live cockroach, and one other creepy crawly. The tub has rust on the outside. The bed was actually comfortable with clean sheets and no bugs. I did not feel safe here. There were super shady people in the parking lot, and the hallways smelled like pot. When i checked in, the guy working there was nice, and i think he knew i wasnt going to be happy with the room. He tried to persuade me get a 2nd floor room, but he gave me a 1st floor room and I instantly wished I was on the 2nd floor. People were loud, heard some fighting, slamming doors. I will be complaining to the company. This hotel was dirty, unsafe, and loud.

This hotel needs lots of work ! Staff was ok but the place needed lots of upgrades and a new cleaning staff

Roaches!!!

I was fine until I got the room. Room 108. It was clean. Outdated. But clean. I wasn’t in my room 30min when I saw the first baby roach. I know bugs happen. So I brushed it off. About an hour later I saw a 2nd roach on the desk. I decided to leave at that point. Two too many. When I was leaving I saw one crawl across the bed. I killed in in a napkin to take to the front desk. I went to check out and the rep did not even ask why or how my stay was. I handed him the napkin with the dead roach in it and said it was the 3rd one in the 2 hours I was in the room. He looked at it and threw it in the trash. Did not say sorry or how can I fix it or anything. Just said there was nothing else I needed to do to check out. I will never stay at a Quality Hotel again. You definitely get what you pay for.
