Sanitized! Spacious Ranch Close To Gsp Airport, Greenville, Greer set on acres.

Beautiful 3 bedroom (king, queen, full), 2 bath home located on 1.5 acres. Located 5 minutes from GSP Airport and 10 min to beautiful downtown Greenville and Falls Park. Also 2 minutes from Woodruff Rd, where you will find tons of restaurants and shopping plazas. Kitchen is fully equipped and property has a BBQ Grill outside. The master suite is upstairs with it's own bathroom and extra large soaking tub. There is also a large loft area outside the master, perfect for some quite office work or a game area for the kids. Out the back door of the house is a fenced area that is secure and makes a safe place for pets.

On occasion we are able to accommodate an early check in or late check out. This must be arranged with the owner in advance of your stay and a small additional fee may apply.

We have a 2 night minimum stay.

No parties allowed. The outside of the property is monitored by video surveillance.

The house was amazing! There was enough space for everyone and rocking chairs on the front porch were perfect to sit during the nice weather. Host were great as well! They were able to accommodate us last minute no problem. I would definitely stay here again. Overall 10/10 would recommend.

Overall was a good stay. Enjoyed the property and the house. The upstairs did have a smell like animals have been up there a lot but dealt with it. Would be helpful to have some kind of light at the entrance into driveway. Otherwise had everything we needed. Would stay again Thanks!

Relaxing Stay

We've stayed here before and enjoyed our stay. This time we arrived to new blinds on the windows. After a hectic day of running around it was so nice to come back to the house and relax. We enjoyed walking with our dog out in the front yard and I enjoyed the tree swing. We will definitely be going back. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Convenient location

The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The living room furniture has seen better days. Bathroom towels were old and frayed. There were no window coverings on the front windows. Back yard was fenced but very small and the gate latch was broken. The driveway had huge potholes which may have been the result of the hurricane but did want to point them out.

Nice and spacious

The house sits on a nice size of property. It was great to walk out dog in the woods in back up to the unused basebAll diamond. The only strange thing is that there are no shades/blinds in any of the windows in the family room or kitchen. Nice house and we would stay again.

Lots of space, some things lacking

We enjoyed our stay. Spacious. A few more kitchen utensils/pots and pans and curtains/shades on all the windows would be nice. A vouple chairs and one sofa had uncomfortable springs. Also kicked off our allergies, we didn't realize it was a pet friendly place. Muddy yard, but it rained. Not scenic, next to a messy neighbor.

Quick family visit

We stayed here for a quick 2-night family visit. When we arrived, we found the house to be very clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient to local restaurants and shopping. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again the next time we’re in Greenville.

Great little home!

This home was absolutely wonderful and super clean with lots of room! My only complaint would be the lack of blinds or curtains on the windows which was a little uncomfortable and we never did find the fire pit area that was listed that we were looking forward to. Otherwise the property is gorgeous! The home was comfortable and spacious and very clean. We loved that there was board games, movies and kids books there for our use. Lots of extra towels and blankets if needed which was very appreciated . We didn’t get much instruction for check out so we hope we did everything correctly that was needed. Would definitely stay again but would really love some window coverings for more privacy :-).
