The property comprises 4 bedrooms, accommodating up to 11 guests with 9 beds. There are 2.5 bathrooms, including a spa bath, bath, 2 showers, and 3 toilets. Additional amenities include a large TV, DVD player, stereo, gas heater, slow combustion wood heater (wood not supplied), microwave, dishwasher, and a fully equipped kitchen. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

Outdoors, there's an outdoor setting for 6 people and a Gas BBQ. The property is fully fenced with enclosed yard access to the water. There's a double garage with internal access to the house and a separate w/c. Off-street parking is available for 2 cars, and there's a private jetty to moor boats with access to the yard.
