Our Terms/Park Rules If you have booked a hot tub, you will be required to sign a' Hot Tub â Safety Document' for the safe and correct use of the hot tub during your stay on arrival at reception. You are responsible for the safe use of the equipment within the scope of rules you will be given at check in. You are responsible for the behaviour of people in your party who use the hot tub. If you do/propose to do any of these things, we can refuse to hand over the accommodation to you or can repossess it. If we do this, we will treat this that you are cancelling the booking. In these situations, you will not receive a refund of any money you have paid for your booking. We are not under any obligation to find any alternative accommodation for you. You must not exceed the number of guests that you declared at the time of booking to sleep overnight in the lodge/log cabin. Even if there is spare accommodation in your lodge you must notify us in advance if you wish any visitors to stay over. This is so we can comply with fire regulations and health and safety. We need to know who is on the park. Guests staying in the lodges will notice that they will pass a pair of five-bar gates located close to the entrance of the livery yard.
The gates are opened first thing in the morning but will closed in the evening when the yard shuts. We understand that it may be inconvenient to open and close the gates if you go out or return to Willow Lakes outside of those hours, but for the safety of our guests they serve a useful function by discouraging uninvited people to gain access to the park. Your co-operation is appreciated.
Please note that you cannot move furniture and beds in the lodge/log cabin. In the event that it is moved, or equipment is taken out of the lodge/log cabin to another lodge/log cabin, (typical with group bookings), you will be charged a fee for rectifying this, which will be taken from your security deposit. We do not provide travel cots or highchairs at the park, if you bring these with you and must move the furniture to accommodate them, you must put the furniture back as it was, before departure to avoid any charges. We keep horses on our livery yard at Willow Lakes that use the same access road as cars and other vehicles. Please respect that for everyone's safety, where the Speed limit is 5MPH.
