The staff service was excellent, offering guides of the local area. Nothing was a problem. Breakfast provided lots of healthy options. The view was obscured by nearby buildings for photo opportunities, but still you could see the majority.

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. The facilities were great, and the included breakfast was of high quality. The hotel’s shuttle service made our trip much more convenient. Staff member Wesker was especially helpful throughout our stay, providing plenty of useful information about both the hotel and the town. Highly recommend.

Our stay at BG was five stars in every way. The location is ideal and within walking distance to so many great activities. This helped us make the most of our stay in the Alps. The staff was Friendly and helpful and the amenities truly made it a relaxing and special trip. There are several different saunas, an outdoor jacuzzi and indoor swimming pool which were easy to use at all different times. The view of the Eiger from our room was the most breathtaking view either of us have ever had. We can’t recommend this hotel enough and are already planning our next stay here!

The staff was very nice and the room was beyond expectation. It was aesthetically pleasing while still giving off mountain town vibes. The room was super clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options.

stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and overall had a very pleasant experience with some minor concerns Front Desk – 8/10 Some staff were warm and welcoming, while others spoke with a straight face and felt less approachable. One staff member helped us book tickets to Jungfraujoch but made a mistake in the process; thankfully, I caught the error and he corrected it right away with an apology. Breakfast – 10/10 Absolutely amazing! The variety and quality of food were outstanding, and everything was prepared with great care. Special mention to the omelette chef (Sept 2–5) — he was exceptionally friendly, sincere, and made delicious omelettes that set a wonderful tone for breakfast. That said, I did notice that certain female staff seemed to serve only Caucasian travelers with coffee and omelettes while not extending the same service to others. It created an uncomfortable impression of inconsistency, and I also noticed another reviewer had raised a similar concern. I truly hope this was not intentional, but consistency in service would make all guests feel equally welcome. Housekeeping – 10/10 Although we chose not to have our room cleaned during our stay, whenever staff delivered drinks or tissue paper, they were extremely polite and friendly. Excellent service. Spa – 8/10 The spa design felt a bit inconvenient. To use the sauna versus the hot tub, I had to repeatedly change in and out of swimwear, which disrupted the experience. Also, the “naked rules” in the sauna areas

Very nice hotel. We stayed in the corner room with Eiger view which was worth every penny. Good at the BG grill restaurant was brilliant. Highly recommended.
