Property is under renovation which we knew about ahead of time. Dining is not within walking distance but they provided free bus service. They had a wonderful breakfast buffet and the hotel is a 5 min walk to Jungfrau train.

If I go there again, absolutely sleep here. staffs and location are super well. My room has panoramic view and balcony. very close to terminal for Jungfrau gondola and city bus stop.

This property is modern in facility considering its a cabin style lodging which skiers and snow fanatics will appreciate. The location is in Grindewald close to the Terminal station. The place is well kept and very clean. The staffs were all friendly and helpful. Our stay includes free breakfast. This property has nice views of both the villages and the mountains. Happy with our stay.

The location of this lodge, at the base of the Eiger mountain as well as Grindelwald terminal was perfect! My daughter and I had an amazing time. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the restaurant served delicious food and this all made our first visit to Switzerland a memorable one. We will be back!

Wonderful property virtually next door to Terminal station making your access to skiing very easy. Rooms were very well appointed and comfortable and staff were friendly. Breakfast was yummy!

I booked this stay for my birthday and the staff surprised me with a postcard and sweets the morning of. Everything was very clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The bed was super comfy and the train station is close-by. I must comment on the toilet, I’ve never come across a toilet with such a powerful flush and the shower was lovely. I would definitely come back and recommend.

An Elevated Hostel Experience

We stayed in the chic side of the lodge, which is a slightly elevated hotel room rather than a hostel. It was not luxurious but it was clean, quiet and roomy with a lovely view of the mountains. The breakfast was simple. It is not located in the village of Grindelwald but with the free bus pass, it is easy to get back and forth. It is next to the Terminal which is great for getting the train and the Top of Europe cable car. Overall, it was good for us but might not be everyone’s cup of tea.
