Elegant waterfront townhouse/condo situated in Rodney Bay, Pelican Point # 3 is situated in the townhouse development of Pelican Point with it's own small private plunge pool. Fully appointed 2 bedroom 2.5 bath waterfront townhome in the heart of Rodney Bay.

This townhouse has a spacious ground floor which comprises the open plan kitchen, dining, living room and open air patio. The dining room is beautifully appointed with seating for 6 and adjoins the spacious living room, which is also well equipped with Smart TV. The space is cooled by either the wonderful sea breezes off the marina or the central air conditioning and ceiling fans. This ground floor opens out onto a waterfront patio and a small private plunge pool, ideal for scenic breakfasts or sundowners. Take in the view from the patio is of the Rodney Bay Marina with its beautiful array of luxury yachts and sailboats, along with jumping fish. The kitchen is well equipped with a laundry room for your convenience along with a small powder room nearby. A small office is also situated on the ground floor which is the ideal private workspace.

On the top floor there are three air conditioned bedrooms. The primary bedroom also has a balcony with an amazing view of the Marina. All bedrooms have A/C and ceiling fans. (You will choose 1 bedrooms for your stay, the 2nd & 3rd bedroom will be locked off).

Please note: A waiver must be signed for any children under the age of 12, as the property is located on the marina waterfront with no fencing and direct access to the boating dock.

Great property. Spacious, clean, well equipped and modern, lovely out door sitting areas with plunge pool and views of the marina. Less than 10 minute walk to Reduit Beach and 15 minute walk to the mall in town. Our concierge Sharon, was always helpful and reachable.

Sharon, our host, was amazing! She graciously, handled any requests we had asked for, from booking excursions ( which was wonderful, the cab picked us up right at our door) to special requests needed for our stay. The place of stay was beautiful and in a great location. We would definitely recommend. The kitchen is well equipped and had pretty much everything you would need to make meals at home. The BBQ was great to have! I would recommend bringing your own seasonings, only salt and pepper are supplied. The rental space was walking distance to restaurants, which we appreciated. We will be definitely will be back

Great house and location

Check in was easy. House was as listed. Clean, large, everything worked perfectly. Small community is gated. View is great. Several restaurants and great beach are walking distance. Illtyd helped with check in, answered all questions , helped get a taxi. After we checked out, they found a sandal. Illtyd drove it to Sandals resort where we were staying next. So nice!

Unbeatable in every respect

A very spacious property in the most ideal location in Rodney Bay for the marina, town and beach. Decor, furnishing and cleanliness was to the highest standards and we were pleasantly surprised by a housekeeper midweek. Blue sky were excellent and gave us very comprehensive information in the run-up to and during our holiday.
