Les agents d'accueil ont été très serviable et très gentils.
Cependant, le petit déjeuner n'est pas compris dans le tarif à prévoir...

Emplacement : Bien placé, à mi-chemin de Rodney bay et pigeon Island et proche du centre ville gros-ilet avec sa friday night. À 2 pas des taxis collectifs.
Hôtel convenable, convient pour un groupe d'amis. Il n'y a pas de SDB par chambre. La SDB est à partager avec les autres occupants de l.appartement.

Contre : Salle de bains en commun, sauf pour une chambre...
Emplacement : Trop éloigné du centre de Rodney Bay, quartier mal éclairé le soir.
Accueil très chaleureux, chambre plaisante. Quartier un peu trop éloigné du centre de Rodney Bay. Le soir pas beaucoup d'éclairages publiques sur le chemin du retour. Je déconseille cet hôtel à une femme voyageant seule.

I highly recommend staying at Tropical Breeze in Gros Islet. The perfect spot with easy access to St. Lucia's main cities, Rodney Bay, Castries.

We messaged the owner beforehand what time we will arrive. Upon our arrival it was locked and there was no one there. When we came back two hours later the owner said it’s overbooked and he doesn’t have a room for us blaming his staff for it. Luckily his neighbours has a studio apartment where we were accommodated. On our last night the owner insisted that we stay at tropical breeze because his making a loss. He failed to inform us that this is the night he’s having a house party so we were unable to use the kitchen to make dinner. Also the washing machine we used at his place which he charged extra for, did not clean the clothes at all. I recommend to avoid this place and do yourself a favour and book the place with his neighbours instead.

I am sorry that things turned out not as expected. But next time you are booking in a budget style accommodation, communicate directly with the owner by phone. This way you can better be accommodated. Small properties dont have the resources to be the perfect host. Especially on a New Years eve day in the Northern part of St Lucia where there is considerable demand for budget accommodation by locals. My 10 bedroom property was unfortunately over-booked that night.Your reservation was for a budget room with a communal kitchen, and shared dining and living room costing $40 per night. Because you were traveling as a couple I place you next door in an available studio costing $50 per night and my room went to a single traveler. But your 3 night stay would have costed $150 plus tax which the cost of your reservation at Tropical Breeze did not meet so on your third night you were accommodated at Tropical Breeze in a now available room costing $60 per night and you were invited to the farewell dinner that was done for a family with a 14 night booking. So I did my best in the circumstances. You are welcome back at Tropical Breeze any time in the future for $60 room with complimentary breakfast at a $40 nightly rate. Also, 95% of Caribbean people usually handwash clothing that are susceptible to stains and the others go in the washer.

It was fine ...short walk to the village and to the beach. Mini buses are a minute away to go to Rodney Bay.

the owner really friendly but the kitchen is shared and had very bad experience with other guest.
