The two-storey, spacious Villa Kessi is located on South Hill, in Cap Estate high above one of the island's 18 hole golf courses, with views of both the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. It's high location, open architectural design and unobstructed views capture the Atlantic breezes that sweep this part of the island.

The house – designed and built by island-renowned architect Wayne Brown – incorporates traditional Caribbean style with wooden floors, a house-length veranda, jalousie shutters, wooden railings, and wood-carving-detailed balcony, while having a distinctly contemporary feel. French doors run the front length of the house and open onto the veranda and onto the spacious pool deck and infinity pool, creating an expansive indoor-outdoor common area. This space is designed with purpose in mind with ample comfy outdoor seating, billiards table & outdoor dining space perfect for enjoying the weather. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated in a Caribbean-colonial style, with four-poster beds, planter chairs, wicker chairs and tables, and sea turtle shells.

The three large open bedrooms feature air-conditioning, ceiling fans, traditional mosquito netting and all have en suite bathrooms. The main floor of the house is open and spacious with vaulted ceilings and has a combined dining room, living room and kitchen with breakfast bar. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor and open out onto the veranda; the master bedroom encompasses the entire second floor. The master suite is beautifully furnished and features a four-poster super king-size bed and a balcony with a fantastic view of the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean and Martinique on a clear day.

We had a lovely stay at this property. It was a great location for us during the St Lucia jazz weekend. Keisha was warm and friendly and a very good host. The only negative was the construction going on across the road as the noise did interfere with our enjoyment of the pool on a couple of hot afternoons. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

Turnkey from beginning to end. Catherine, our housekeeper and cook became a part of the family. She is an unbelievable cook, was never intrusive when she was at the property and we just loved her!!

Amazing Home with Beautiful Views

We absolutely loved our family's stay at Villa Kessi. The home itself is well-equipped and very comfortable. We enjoyed the lovely yard and pool in particular. We cannot say enough good things about Keisha ~ who was our housekeeper and cook for the week. Have her cook a local breakfast for you ~ you will not be disappointed. Everything about the stay was top-notch, and the communication and interactions with the booking and follow-up were also easy and thorough.

Keisha was a friendly and helpful housekeeper and her curry was delicious! Illtyd was great at recommending good local restaurants and trips. We did have an issue with the water cutting out, due to local issues with supply, but Illtyd quickly arranged a tanker to come to the villa to top up the tanks.

Family Vacation

We had a great vacation at Villa Kessi, St. Lucia recently. The house is exactly as shown online. Keshia, the housekeeper is very nice and willing to cook some meals for you. Between Keshia & Illtyd, from the property management team have some great suggestions for day trips, beaches & restaurants. The only thing we thought could have been clearer was the driving instructions from the airport. As the Villa does not show up on any GPS directions, maybe consider using the Royalton as the first point of reference(GPS can locate this), then drive straight past the Royalton to the traffic circle, 3rd exit onto Mahogany Drive to the last Villa on the right. You definitely need your own vehicle for this Villa.

Villa is nice, looks like the photos and matches descriptions. Since it is quite a ways up the hill you will likely need a vehicle to access it. Quite, private neighborhood without any direct neighbors. We arrived to the island at night and found it difficult to locate the Villa via Apple Maps and/ or Google Maps. We ended up getting a bit lost and had to call Iltyd who said to punch in direction to The Royalton Hotel and then she would direct us from there.. Was easy enough once we had something to put into the GPS as the Villa doesn't have an address. Overall was a very nice stay and would recommend if you're looking for a private villa in Cap Estate, St. Lucia

Priceless!

The Blue Sky team did a wonderful job. There was a storm on our second day. The whole island was without power. However, the team did their best to get us up and running. They were responsive to our calls, made sure we had food, and did their best to get us up and running as quickly as they could. Moreover, they met our request with ease. My husband and Ms. Marquette planned a wonderful birthday dinner. My husband told her what he wanted (i.e. sunset dinner, St.Lucia back drop, with an ocean view) in his words. SHE HIT ALL OF MY MARKS!!! The restaurant was wonderful and the staff was amazing and the view was priceless! Lastly... Keisha!! She is amazing. She took care of us with ease. Her food was amazing and her rum punch was even better. We are not picky eaters, but we are picky drinkers (Lol). The most important request was that my rum punch never ran out and SHE MADE SURE IT DIDN'T.

Villa Kessi is exactly as the photos appear! We were a party of 3 adult couples. Each couple had their own bedroom with their own attached bathroom. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned and the main open concept area (kitchen and living room) are not but there is a delicious cross breeze all of the time that keeps the rooms cool. We always felt safe as there is a locked gate and a security camera outside. The area is quiet and the views are amazing! We rented a car and drove up from the airport. There's a washer and dryer in the villa and the pool is the perfect temperature and is cleaned twice a week. Keisha was lovely! She felt like a good friend by the time we left. One member of our party wanted to adopt her and bring her home to Canada. She is very flexible and caters to your every need to tailor make your vacation. She cooked us delicious local meals and desserts. Like the previous reviewer mentioned, she made a very yummy rum punch. Both she and Illtyd, our concierge gave us a wealth of information when we first arrived and made us feel at home. I highly recommend Villa Kessi and would love to return someday!

The house was beautiful. Bedrooms are clean and stay cool with A/C units. Pool was perfect. We had everything we needed and Kesha was so helpful. We had a wonderful time and the stay was one of the best parts.
