The bathroom facilities are modern and attractive. The living room/bedroom features a double bed (2 x 80 x 190 cm) and a cozy living area with a beautiful, unique ocean view from the 9th floor! The high-quality balcony furniture perfectly rounds out your vacation!

Complex:

The "Vier Jahreszeiten" vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone's throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These buildings feature 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square metres.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators in each building and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee). The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests of the complex.
A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
