For shared use: terraced garden with plants, natural garden. Private: swimming pool (5 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 15.Nov.). Outdoor shower, terrace. Steep motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 3 km, bus stop "office de tourisme" 2.6 km, sandy beach "Plage d'Agosta" 1.6 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
