The villa is on a single level and all rooms have French doors opening onto the fenced and hedged garden. The house is furnished to a very high standard for your enjoyment. All amenities are available in Porticcio which is within a short easy walk. The villa has uninterrupted sea and mountain views- usually snow-capped until May. Quiet, peaceful and secluded but accessible. A car is not necessary unless you wish to explore further afield.
