City of Grove VRH Permit #24-271: Come and enjoy all that Grand Lake has to offer in this modern 3 bedroom, 2 bath, lake view home nestled in a quiet yet convenient neighborhood. This beautiful home sits on over a half acre providing ample space for outdoor family games. An oversized driveway provides for an abundance of off-street parking, plenty of room for vehicles and boat trailers. The covered outdoor patio is perfect for winding down after a day on the lake. Enjoy your beverage of choice while grilling your favorite cut of meat with the glow of the fire pit in the background.

This vacation home has 3 bedrooms and a bonus/office room for comfortable sleeping accommodations. The master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, and 2 dressers for plenty of drawer space. The master bath includes a shower and Jacuzzi tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a small desk with a lightning compatible docking station. Bedroom 3 has two queen beds, with generous closet space in each. The bonus room is a secondary living space with a smart TV that also has a queen bed. You won't find any futons or pull-out couches in this vacation home. There is an inflatable king-size mattress if you need an extra bed. The second full bath has a tub/shower combination.

The large kitchen includes a center island with bar stools. All the necessary conveniences, cookware, dishes, and linens, etc. are available for your use. Adjacent to the kitchen is a family sized dining table with plenty of seating and an additional table leaf. Off the dining area is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The primary living room has a 75” smart TV, large reclining couch, reclining love seat, and 2 additional reclining chairs. The youngsters will enjoy lounging in the bean bags.

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood 5-10 minutes from Harps Grocery, Super Walmart and all the other conveniences that Grove has to offer including marinas, restaurants, golf courses, liquor stores, and casinos. Quail Ridge Golf course is just 5 minutes down the road and the Wolf Creek Marina (fishing tournament venue) is a mere 4 miles away.

Guests have full access to the home and property EXCEPT the two car garage and a locked owners/cleaners closet.

GUEST INFO:
Guests are responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. There is an external security camera on the front & back porch, none inside. Off street parking only, the large driveway can easily accommodate 3 vehicles in addition to 2 watercraft trailers. For guest safety, the rental property includes a fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector, and smoke detectors.

Beautiful home in a great location

My kids and grandkids stayed there because the family member we are visiting doesn't have enough room for all of us. My kids and grandkids love this place. The host is very thoughtful with some snacks and other supplies available. This year was the second time we've stayed there and enjoyed it both times.

Very Nice

We had a great time! The house was very clean, tons of amenities, nice neighborhood, tons of room for parking, the bedrooms were very comfortable as well and had ceiling fans which we all really liked. Lots of stores close by as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

Perfect!

Our kids and grandkids stayed here and loved it. It was very clean. I thought the owners were very thoughtful in the things they provided including lots of towels, snack basket, lots of dishes, etc. the beds were comfy! Everything was great!

Perfect Home for Fisherman

This is a clean, wonderful home with a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, propane grill, and plenty of space. The driveway was perfect for our truck and boat. We had plenty of room to leave the trailer hooked up and there would've been enough room for 2 trucks and 2 boats. Convenient location, very safe neighborhood, and quiet. Very easy check-in and check-out instructions were simple too. Great communication with Alan! We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Grand Lake!

Perfect fit!

What can you say about this property! We were a group of fisherman and one of the guys wife came with as well. From the first walk through the door where we found a bountiful snack bowl and gouse that the pictures do it no justice. There was plenty of parking for our 3 boats and 2 other vehicles that we had. The house is very spacious and all the bedrooms are well stocked woth sheets and extra blankets and pillows. Alan was great to deal with and responded to any questions we had before and during our stay. I would give many more stars if i could because our week was a great stay at a wonderful home!
