Just few minutes walk to Pismo beach, 2 miles from downtown Pismo, 5 minutes walk to main street with restaurants, coffee shop, etc. EV charging is available onsite. Fast streaming internet and fully furnished from the bedroom to kitchen to ensure a comfortable stay. A new HOT TUB is just recently added to the outdoor space with comfortable seating and a fire pit.

Home sleeps 8 comfortably with the softest sheets to ensure a restful sleep for our guests. A fully stocked kitchen including air fryer, instant pot, gas BBQ grill are available to cook a healthy meal for your family during your stay. We provide 55’’-65’’ smart TVs with streaming internet included in every room. An epic playroom with Pool table, Foosball, dart board, Arcade Games, poker table is also await to entertain your group. Outdoor gears such as beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrella, water toys, and boogie boards for your beach adventure during your stay.

Great layout with nice outdoor space and a fun games room. Beds were comfy and we liked the easy drive to pismo, outlets and SLO. Also cool that the closest beach you can drive onto.

This is such an amazing property! We had the bezt time! Game room was so much fun, we spent so much time in the evenings enjoying family game nights! So close to anything and everything. Very sound proof that you didn't get disturbed and even all the fun and laughter in the game room could not hear. Bathrooms great, showers great! Kitchen really wasn't used much as we enjoyed all the great dinning around. Coffee was so great! Enjoyed sitting around the table. The patio was so great to enjoy. Area of location was great! If ever in this area would diffently stay again.

Great Beach Getaway

We had a great time at Seaside Retreat. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Everything was clean. Nice size house, plenty of room for parents and teens to relax. Teens could walk to the beach by themselves. The game room was great, a real plus!

Great house but location is sketchy

Wish we could take this place and move it into a different location. The neighborhood felt very unsafe and is in an affordable living area. It is walking distance to the beach which is around a 15 minute walk however the walk to the beach is not pleasant. Busy streets and industrial buildings and RV’s. For the price we paid we should have stayed in Avila beach.

Great place close to the beach

Overall really nice. Maybe a 3-4 minute drive to the beach which was very convenient. Game room was great to hang out in. Only issues were that 2 of the 3 pool cues were in pretty bad shape. Also the listing said there were bikes in the shed. There was only one bike and it had a flat tire. Not a big deal to us but if you were looking forward to riding bikes to the beach it would be a little disappointing. Other than that it was a nice clean place to spend the weekend.

Wonderful beach getaway

My family had an amazing time! Will definitely be coming back. We loved the game room especially after long days out at the beach. John and Kimmy were great hosts and responded to my messages almost immediately every time I sent one with a question.

Do not stay at this property!

We stayed at this home for a 3- day weekend to visit family living in the area and enjoy the beach. If I could give this place and the property manager a 0 rating, I would! Property photos are misleading, place is tiny for 8 people, feels more like a townhome and not a stand alone home. After our check-out, property manager charged my account an additional $500 before replying to my email contesting the charges. Charges for a tiny tear on the pool table that was already pre-existing, a old chair upholstery that had come apart on the corner, they claimed that we scratched their vinyl floor, the game room was not insulated and was freezing at night, the patio was tiny and no privacy because you are surrounded by other “nosy” neighbors. They also limited the number of people/family that came to visit by monitoring the Ring camera at all times. I have stayed at many homes through VRBO and have never had any issues with being nickle and diming their vacationers. We are appalled by this property management company and how business was handled. This is how they obviously make their extra money, beware!

Perfect relaxing weekend

Met some fam at the half way(ish) point of CA, was a perfect house for hanging, cooking, relaxing and spending some quality downtime. Walk to the beach is pretty close and easy to access. Overall, was the perfect location for what we needed!
