This pavilion is located in a gated residence close to Les Ayguades beach.
The terrace is furnished with seating for four people and two sun loungers.
The living room on the ground floor has air conditioning, a sofa bed and a television with French channels only. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, Senseo and classic coffee makers, a mini oven, a ceramic hob, a washing machine, a microwave and an extractor fan.
The bathroom has a washbasin, shower cubicle and WC.
Upstairs, the mezzanine has a double bed measuring 140 x 190 cm and a wardrobe.
