Only 20 metres to be the beach called "Grazel". Quiet, resourceful atmosphere with calming, holiday effect.
Nice, three bedroom villa with large terrasse (shadowed by a southfrench "mûrier platane" tree, barbecue, exterial shower and garden furniture). Maxi 6 people, ideal for 5 people. Pets allowed (10€ fee/week).
Ground floor : spacious dining area with kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer, micro-wave etc), nearby open living room with couch; TV (french, german and foreign channels), DVD-Player, separated WC.
First floor : one bedroom with double bed (140x190), a second bedroom with double bed (140x190) and balcony, a third smaller bedroom with sleeping coach (140x190). All three rooms are fitted out with moskito-shields. Bathroom with shower; WC and washing maschine.
Rental of bed sheets and/or towels on reservation
