The breakfast was fresh each morning! The only complaint we had was a terrible noise that seem to be coming from the boiler (maybe) nearly the entire (2) nights. Could be heard mostly during sleeping hours at night.

Mountain Getaway

This was an amazing stay. The rooms, bathroom was very clean. Front desk staff were friendly and professional. Was impressed with breakfast, hot eggs,sausage, potatoes, biscuit and gravy, as well as the normal continental selections. If you want a quiet place nestled in mountains, this is it!

The curtains in my room had what looked like mold on them. It was very concerning, considering the curtains were directly over the AC unit. Every time the AC kicked on, the dirty curtains flowed with the fan and spread any germs or toxins in the air. The rest of the room and facility appeared to be well maintained for an older hotel.

We loved our stay @ Comfort Inn in Grundy. Staff was amazing, room clean, breakfast was wonderful. This location worked out great for us to use as our home base for riding Spearhead Trails. Bellacino's was our go to place for dinner, as there are not a lot of choices, which worked out okay by it being in walking distances and the staff & food there was also wonderful. Would stay here again if in the Grundy area.
